"Best Realtor By Far!"
To whom it may concern: Ruby Henderson became our realtor in mid-November 2002 after two months with another Raleigh agent. We were frustrated from the lack of our house even getting showings. From the first moment that I spoke to Ruby, I knew we were on the right track. I have been in Raleigh for eleven years and have sold property on four different occasions during that time and have found Ruby to be the best realtor by far of any that I have delt with. She is straight talking and straight shooting, but does it in a kind and compassionate way that lets you know that she truely cares about your interest too and not just her own. She is extremely knowledegable about her trade. She can explain price analysis, contingency, and anything else that one needs to know to sell or buy. She is also extremely conscientious. I have never tried to call Ruby where she did not return my call immediately. Other realtors have let my phone calls go for days before returning them. Ruby also follows up extensively with those who come to view our home and tries very diligently to get a response from them. She is also excellent at letting us know the pitfalls that we can run into during the entire process of trying to buy and sell a home. She even sends out a letter explaining all the numerous problems that can occur. In other words, Ruby does everything and more that I would do for myself if I had the real estate license to put my home on MLS and sell it myself. I cannot sing Ruby's praises enough. My husband and I feel relieved to have finally found a realtor we can rely on and recommend to all our friend!

Buyers Remorse >Real Estate Jitters
Here is a typical scenario illustrating the effects of buyer's remorse. Your home was on the market for a few weeks, and you are now feeling fortunate because an attractive offer has been presented by qualified buyers. Once the ink dried on the contract forms, however, it seemed that everything suddenly threatened to come unraveled.
Once the buyers' earnest money check cleared their account, they suddenly came up with a list of concerns that never occurred to them before the purchase agreement was signed. Their fears and demands have turned them into touchy adversaries instead of the sweet young couple looking forward to starting a family. How could the atmosphere have changed so quickly?
Buyers and sellers are both susceptible to different forms of stress reaction known in the real estate field as "Buyers' Remorse" and "Sellers' Remorse". Fortunately, neither one of these conditions is contagious to real estate agents! An important part of our job is to help our sellers and buyers through their buying or selling jitters with understanding and humor.
